New to Lagree? Want to increase your fitness and sculpt and tone your body - FAST? Join our Lagree First Timer class to see what the HYPE is all about. We will teach a standard Lagree 50 minute, Full Body, High Intensity, Low Impact Class - however we will spend a little more time getting you into the fast transitions and learning how to use the MEGAFORMER. Please note that Lagree is a challenging workout that is strength and core based. Grip Socks, Sweat Towel and Water are essential for all classes.

Booking is essential, because we have limited spots/machines. Please book via our website or directly via App. Cancellation policy: If you should fail to cancel your appointment within 12 hours before class you will be fully charged or a session will be deducted from your package.
