Service Description

50 minutes training done on the patented Megaformer™ . The exercises are blocked together based on body parts and performed at a slow and controlled pace (Lagree 4-count) with quick to no transition time between the blocks. The method exhaustes the muscle completely by activating the Slow Twitch Muscle Fibers (ST) - known as the "fat" burning fiber to build that long lean physique everybody is aiming for. A maximum number of calories is burnt in a minimal amount of time, and most efficiently muscle tone and strength is developed. You can expect the famous "Lagree shakes". This special class ends with a 15 minute Stretch
